TellDock
A feedback board for every product you ship
One account, as many products as you have. Each one gets a board on its own subdomain, and visitors can post and vote without signing up.
What a report looks like
Export drops the font weight
What happened
I set the heading to 600 and the exported PNG comes out at 400. The preview is right.
What you expected
The export matches the preview.
Why it works this way
Two fields, not one. What happened and what you expected are separate, so you can tell a bug from a design disagreement. A wall of text cannot tell you that.
Shaped by product, not by seat. One account manages every product you have.
Visitors post and vote anonymously. Requiring an account is the fastest way to hear nothing.
Boards are public, and the board page says so. Nobody has to guess who can read what.
